In the 60s of the 20th century this huge building was built. It was later used as the headquarters of the Council of Ministers. After heavy military actions in the 1990s, these and many more buildings fell into disrepair. The building is freely accessible to the public, but is in very poor condition.

My name is Roman, an urban-obsessed and award winning photographer, born and raised in the enchanting South of the Netherlands. I shoot unique photos of undisclosed abandoned places.
